How booking works*:

Can we just have a quick chat to see if we're a fit?

Yes — for scoped engagements (interim, consulting, training), the discovery call is free. For specific advice on your situation, the Strategic Review is the paid path. The distinction is fair to both sides: pre-engagement scoping is mutual investment; specific strategic advice is paid work.

Do you do free coffee meetings or "pick your brain" calls?

Honestly, no — not because the question is unwelcome but because there’s no longer room for them. The Strategic Review exists for exactly this need.

Will you reply to a long, generic email pitching me your service?
